According to TV Line's Michael Ausiello, the Rizzoli & Isles actor will stop by later this year as a potentially recurring liberal lawyer who has argued in front of the Supreme Court more times than anyone else in history.

The Good Wife Season 4 gets underway this Sunday at 9/8c on CBS.
