Returning in Owen's body. I don't know what to think about that! I loved that Grayson finally said it but it almost felt like it came out of nowhere because they haven't been getting much focus or even feeling connected. I haven't seen much of the friendship they have coming thru so I almost forgot that he was kind of into her. Yeah the kiss was a bit of a miss, I didn't even realize that was what they were doing...I don't know, and Owen walking in then. I just cringed during most of that. I love this show and the characters. There were some great moments in the finale but I think my biggest problem was it seemed choppy and incohesive. It was like they ran out of time telling the stories or dawdled slow playing all the storylines and then remembered they only had one episode left and rushed everything into the finale. I look forward to next season.

This show has always had a campy feel and cheesy moments but I found there was an abundance of them in this episode and not always in the best of ways. I found both the court cases were rushed. They were I interesting in their own right, especially the intelligence one, but they weren't fleshed out enough and were resolved too quickly in favor of getting to the "more important "happenings of the episode. Luke reinserting himself into Jane /Debs life again after lacking presence for most of the season was contrived. Real Jane was an interesting development and she wasn't nearly as pleasant. Don't think I'm going to like her. I haven't a clue why she wouldn't go on and be happy and I don't understand how she could say deb screwed up her life. Her returning should be interesting, how she returned with that button again was uninspired and Fred, why so reckless,?

I've loved the show from the beginning, because like lots of people ponder how much our lives are influenced by our appearance. But even stories with an impossible premise need to stick to some internal logic. I've always wondered why Grayson never questioned it when his co-worker moves in with his dead fiancee's roommate. Was this ever explained? Presumably Jane would have the income for a house, not 2 marginally employeed models. And while Terry doesn't care for Staci, did she ever wonder where this BFF came from?
I didn't realize that the kiss wasn't on the lips (so I'm not an astute observer. As much as I wanted Deb/Jane to be with Owen I was okay with old Jane coming back in Owen's body until I read the post above about old Jane's intelligence leaving Deb/Jane. But that could work as she struggles to be come a competent attorney in her own right. Surely she's learned a bit of the law during this time.

Maybe they'll bring Fred back as original Jane's (in Owen) guardian angel. Wouldn't that be fun? Especially to see the guardian angel's go to bat with each other.
I think the whole Jane and Grayson dynamic really needs to figure itself out. Because if Grayson figures out Jane is really Deb, then what's left? That's been the major plot point of this show for 4 seasons.
I think we were all anticipating something very movie like for this finale. I would have much preferred him pull out all the things he knew Deb loved and brought them to her. Like playing her favorite song on a boombox in a church kind of thing, or finding some little thing the two of them shared that would bring her to her knees and finally confess "Yes... I'm Deb."
Had much higher hopes for this episode... I'll be back for Season 5, but it definitely needs to get better.

I really began to think Jane and Owen were finally going to get a chance to be happy then you up and kill him.....Don't like that at all.
I really loved Fred and am sure no one really likes the new angel can me see more of Fred?
I am very happy you finally settled Kim down she has been with everyone! Now we might be able to enjoy her character.
I am not sure if I will like the new concept with Jane in Owen's body but I will give it a chance before I stop watching. Hope to see you for season 5 and good luck keeping your viewers so far I have loved the show!

I think Jane/Deb kissed Grayson on the cheek and whispered in his ear that she really loves Owen. Of course all Owen saw was what seemed like a passionate kiss. Now that Jane is in Owen's body...Jane and Owen will never get married ;( I like them together..much more than Grayson and Jane. And will Owen now always be Jane inside? What will happen to Jane/Deb? Will she still have Jane's intelligence or does it all transfer back to Jane/Owen? I think next year is going to be a mess but I hope not.

I wondered how long this concept would be able to last. Jane/Deb seemed fairly settled. I actually thought Greyson did meet someone else, so they caught me by surprise on that one. What made this show fun was the concept of Deb in Janes body, and gosh in my house we totally miss Fred. I watch Mad Men too so it is nice to have him over there, but bring Fred back more often! Really do not like the new angel. Anyway, how fun this will be now, Owen is a powerful judge, (perfect body and position for old Jane.) Owen/Jane has ever reason to be mean and horrible to Jane/Deb, so it all works. I LOVE it. Thanks writers for a fun clever twist. This is gonna be fun. Can hardly wait.

Wow, great episode! They found a way to resolve the love triangle. There's no way Deb/Jane will marry Owen now that he's old Jane...

Wow tonight's episode was great! I was disappointed that Jane and Grayson really didn't kiss. We have been waiting for 4 seasons for that one moment and they faked kiss? I wanted to see their lips touching and the camera circling around them and really capturing the moment we waited for for so long. Grayson's confession of love was beautiful though. If you look back at Grayson's acting from season one you can see how much his acting has improved. He really owns his role and gave an amazing performance tonight. I was so afraid the real Jane would go back into her body and Deb would have to start from scratch again. I cannot wait for season 5 (if there is one). Season 5 has not been picked up yet but it better be! I only have to wait a year..... Damn it a year is a year too long!

Great episode! Of course they save the best moment for the last three minutes! Finally we get the kiss we have all been waiting for. Or did we? I recorded the episode as I watched it and I went back to watch that scene again and I'm pretty sure she was kissing his cheek, not his lips. Why did they choose to shoot that scene with Jane's back to the camera? Major let down but excited to see Owen play a woman in a man's body!
