Amusing to read the Daniel lovers with their knives out for poor Jack.Wouldn't be jealously. To me Daniel comes across as a very weak, effiminate spoilt mummy's boy.Sorry I like men to be men. Reason Daniel was good last season was he plays the part of a spoilt rich boy as thoughthat is what he is.He hasn't a strong enough character to be in charge of a big company.Rather embarrassing.Leave that to Conrad as he has the strength.

Clarification: the POSSIBILITY of Jack and Amanda being reunited. I was really hoping for that "I have something that I need to tell you and it is going to really shock you." moment in the bar just before fake Amanda with child showed up.

I guess I'm the "outsider" in this... I really like the dynamic of Amanda and Jack being reunited. Maybe I'm crazy, but I think the "chemistry" between them is as good as it was with Daniel. Actually I like Jack better than Daniel for Amanda anyway.
The scene with the dog dying was done really well I think. I've had several dogs in my life that passed. You remember them as puppies and you always have it in the back of your mind that they "will always be there" until they do pass and then its a big cry (at least for most people that love their pets)
Glad to see Charlotte is alive. Declan should give Charlotte another chance. After all, Charlotte has not had the best "role models" for parents.
I think that Amanda/Emily should lighten up on Nolan; he's been a good ally and friend.
Emily should have kicked the white haired guy's ass even more for all the grief he caused (beyond the Grayson's)
Great show. Surprised that it's on network tv and not cable. Actually a cable vers

I am with all those who are in love with Nolan...Gabriel Mann is just perfectly delicious enacting the witty, brilliant, slightly geeky sidekick to Emily, whom I also adore. Those two are the only reason to keep watching the show, IMHO. Madeline Stowe just slithers and slimes around, while the guy who plays her ex husband is busy chewing expensive-looking scenery. The chippy playing Amanda is too skanky for words, and Jack just seems way too clueless to be real. The guy playing Daniel is wooden and stupid, but pretty, and the evil Ashley probably is sleeping with his father as well...blech. I hope Emily kicks some serious butt this season and gets rid of the deadweight around the Hamptons, Ashley, Daniel, Daniels father, Victoria, etc. I say wipe them all out, Ems, and let Nolan cover it up for you.

LOOOVED the premiere. Everything I've been waiting for during the torturously long hiatus.
1. Jack and Emily have no chemistry. Zero. And he bothers me, I hope the body is his. but it won't be. They teased us with Daniel last season, they'll tease us with Jack this season. Maybe Jack and Amanda will even get hitched since the body had a wedding ring on.
2. Nolan staying at Emily's house = BEST IDEA EVER. British dude better not infringe on his role as Ems' number one sidekick.
3. Loving the snide comments from Ashley and Conrad. There should be a backstory of how allied they've become since she started working at Grayson Global
4. The baby being Takeda's would be tremendously creepy.
Great episode, but I agree jack and Emily have no chemistry. Emily and Daniel has way more chemistry and you can tell Daniel isn't over her yet. And Ashley is definitly sleeping with Conrad

1. I think we will know more when we find out the white haired man's name. I think he has a connection to Emily..perhaps an alliance..after al he did not tell either Conrad or Victoria who Emily really is. And, how many times did he pick up the camera receiver items and look straight into it and not know there was a camera in it? I think at least 2x..
2. The baby is Tyler's.
3. The body they found in the wreckage looks male. Jack or Dec??
Man ! i love this show but for me the highlight is the emily/nolan scenes.
emily's expression when victoria opened the door was piceless.
and i honestly can't stand ashely !,i can't wait for victoria to come back and take her down.
daniel definetly misses emily
i think i'd rather have him and emily than jack and emily !,,jack and emily have zero chemistry !
Also wondering what's the deal with the takeda guy !,why is he helping emily ! what's his goal exactly ?

Hey, I wish you all would stop guessing. You might hit on the real story line, then the writers will have to change it to something less exciting. You're the same people who probably guess ahead that Little Red Riding Hood really isn't dead, but just waiting in the Big Bad Wolf's stomach until he woodcutter comes along.

Whose body will be found off Block Island? Who got Amanda pregnant? Will Emily finish off the white-haired man? How awesome is Nolan Ross? How happy are you that Revenge is back?
The body still a question for me.
Yes! I think Ems will definitely finish off the white-haired man maybe end of season.
Nolan...He is just so Nolan. I love this character.
Now how happy am I too be able view Revenge, totally!! Thrilled. So glad but at the same time wish for a different time than Sunday night.

I, too, am glad Revenge is back. Slow, confusing (when did the 'Amanda' sink?) start, especially with a new Takeda and is Aiden new (?); but when Emily was back to her old self, it took off good and fast!! I like the possibility that the white-haired man is on Emily's side (maybe even protecting her mother & father....but then again, who would leave their daughter suffering in Juevie?) and is only playing along to help the Graysons to their final demise by being their muscle. Don't like the Jack/'Amanda'/Declan storyline, so they can be eliminated. And hope Amanda and Aiden have more chemistry and leave poor, spoiled, drunken rich-boy, Daniel, to his own demise. Grayson can have Ashley; Nolan and Charlotte wil forever be 'Emily's' best friends. Good review, Steve!

Damn! The show just keeps getting better. I hope it blows away every other show in its time slot, which is a highly competitive one. There are few TV programs that I never miss (watch at regular time or Tivo it). Revenge is one of them. It's a great escape from the daily pressures of real life. And these days there aren't many shows that do that.

Loved the episode. Glad Nolan is back. He adds just enough humor to keep the show from becoming a total nighttime soap opera. Isn't it fun to have 2 villains (Conrad and Victoria) you love to hate? I refuse to get hung up on conflicting details. This show is just plain fun to watch!

I do agree about the confusing parts with the white-haired man, so he didn't REALLY try to blow up the plane? That was all part of some semi-secret government plan? Yes of course he knows the truth about Amanda/Emily, so why is keeping the secret, especially when Victoria now wants her taken care of? That whole plot has to be cleared up as to who really is and who he really works for, if Victoria is still going to eventually bring down her husband, then it would see the white haired man and whoever he really works for would in fact be out to get her since he and his buddies would be implicated....one of the things I love about this show, you actually have to think!

So happy this show is back, I love how the relationship between Noland and Ems has developed over time, she is still in charge but she really counts on him *almost" as a partner. Noland always gets the bets lines in show, also love him getting into shape and learning to protect himself from other evil white haired men!
When I watched last Thurs recap, they showed the preview of Charlotte whispering in Amanda's ear, I was sure based on the look Em's gave her that she told her that her mother was alive.
Who's dead, well it says Amanda on the boat at the bottom of the sea and that was that navigational tool that Jack had in his hand, so going with Jack, and chemistry between he and real Amanda has always felt forced, just do damn glad this show is back

I'm confused about the white haired man. Wasn't that the same guy that Emily fought with and ultimately released (to honor her father) at the end of last season? If so, he knows that Emily is Amanda because she told him she was.
If he really did kill her father, why is he protecting her by not revealing her identity to either of the Greysons?

Ashley and Conrad are totally shaking up! The whole awkward response from Conrad when Daniel said she hadn't cheated on him...plus all the snide comments Conrad keeps making to Ashley!
I am confused as to why the white-haired-man would be working with Victoria. Didn't he just try killing her in the season finale by making the plane explode? Victoria turned information in that implicated Conrad and the white-haired-man's employer. Shouldn't he still be trying to kill her instead of going to her hideout and working for her?

The white-haired man KNOWS Emily is Amanda, and he still keeps mum, even with Victoria, who should be his ally... My guess: the white-haired man is an ally of David Clarke - who could be still alive somewhere - and "White-hairy" acts "evil to protect him... when David was in prison, I guess the white-haired man conceived a way to make him escape.
Otherwise... WHY HE STILL KEEPS MUM ABOUT EMILY/AMANDA? :)
