Scandal Courts Debra Mooney for Recurring Role

Debra Mooney has been tapped for a recurring role on Scandal Season 2.
According to TV Line, the veteran actress (Everwood, Grey's Anatomy, The Mentalist) will appear on multiple episodes of the ABC series as a Supreme Court Justice.
No details have been released regarding exactly how she'll fit into upcoming storylines, but it's not hard to imagine considering the setting and premise of this Shonda Rhimes-produced drama.
Scandal, which will also enlist Brenda Strong as a guest star this fall, returns on September 27.
