The Vampire Diaries "Memorial" Synopsis: A New Threat in Town
He's almost here, Vampire Diaries fans. A new vampire hunter who Paul Wesley told me will be far more skilled than Alaric and far more dangerous than any previous threat to our favorite blood suckers' existence.
Indeed, on October 18, residents of Mystic Falls will be introduced to Todd Williams as Connor Jordan.
What can we expect from the character and the episode "Memorial" in general? The CW has released its official synopsis...
Elena tries to cope with the extreme highs and lows that are part of becoming a vampire, and Stefan and Damon almost come to blows while arguing about what is best for her. Damon decides to help Elena in his own way and asks her not to tell Stefan.
A stranger, Connor Jordan, arrives in town and begins questioning Sheriff Forbes and Mayor Lockwood. Connor’s actions quickly convince Stefan that they are dealing with a dangerous vampire hunter.
Jeremy and Matt are surprised to see a girl they used to know, April, has returned to town and is enrolling at Mystic Falls High. At a town gathering, Elena comes close to losing control until Caroline steps in to help her.
Finally, Damon confides his feelings to an unexpected friend.

Damon decides to help Elena in his own way and asks her not to tell Stefan.
So he'll help by giving her his blood.
He asks her not to tell Stefan? But that's exactly what he did with Katherine when she gave him her blood.

Why should Meredith give a rat's ass about Damon's love life and feelings? Did they have some bonding time during a picnic or something I missed last season? This show...

Isn't it about time to focus on brotherly connection?
Every season the plot is the same. The show needs to progress in order to keep going.
Everything seems stuck with this whole STELDEL thing, forgetting to examine other storylines, fights between Damon and Stefan.
It is old.

well i feel like we have gone through most of this storylines before...a new threat,a new born vamp losing control,damon not wanting to tell his plan to stefan,....i expected the writers to come up with fresh ideas...lets just see how this is going to play out!

Damon will clearly be confiding in Meredith Fell. "Unexpected", my ass. I really hope the writers have some huge shocks in store, they've been sadly lacking as of late.
