That's funny StBob and I have to agree, not to mention the metaphor of running from the fire, into the fire and back again...whew, I'm tired.Babe's day sure is a long way from the farm and he's one twisted sister. Now we know what it's like when a tall man has a little man complex, or worse dare I say? Please don't kill Chloe-she's one of the best in the cast of crazies though there's little doubt that Jessica Lange's character is way out there. What is that accent and why does it come and go...and shouldn't she put the bottle down? Geesh it only makes things worse, everybody knows that! And hey, why turn off the film when it was just getting good? I would have much rather seen the crocodiles eat everyone than get the flip line from a nun, "They all get eaten!" Oh good, let me go get a cookie. No, it's not fun to watch and suspending this reality is getting harder and harder to do, try as I may.

Really the zombies in the forest , looked like an espiode of a Scooby Doo cartoon !! Yikes Shaggy !! and an ailen in the hallway come on give me a break ..did you have to kill the mexcian lady so brutal , this show I feel no real connection to any characters , they are all nasty and mean !!
So the Dr. is a Nazi in next week epsiode , hating the Christians to much , I guess next week you have to hate the Jews too !!
Stupid stuff and wasted an hour watching this crap , I miss last season , better acting and better story lines

I'm thrilled about the mix, really; religion (demonic possessions, 'urban legends') and science (aliens, even zombies). I don't get why people think it'll all tie in, it's probably not supposed to tie in. As a fan of the horror genre I thought S01 was really mediocre, it's just a juvenile tail of sex an perversion, but I'm really excited about this.
@Fatin this show is obliviously about the supernatural, what the hell did you expect? I really doubt you could do any better.
Also, until I read another comment on here, I'd pretty much forgotten about the newly married couple the show starts with. Murphy's killing my hopes.
I still prefer this to season 1, because that was just boring, straightforward and mediocre, but they can do so much better with this show. JUST LET ME INTO THE WRITER'S ROOM. I WILL HELP FIX IT.
And there we have it. I would have preferred if they stuck to madness, and real horrors. but we keep delving into possessions and possibly aliens. Ugh.

Sorry......Just can,t seem to get into this season.....Season 1 was so much better,,,,So let down this season.Maybe next season....
Sorry, but I'm not really being gripped by this season. The first was relatively straight forward in a nutty kind of way. Now it's as if they're desperately trying to 'top' season 1 by going so far over the top that they passed the space station weeks ago. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated by the opening sequence with the modern couple in the old asylum - it's just random. I know it's supposed to all tie in but it just doesn't. Even if they did a big 'reveal' and it was one of the characters we're watching in the asylum, it would get no more than a shrug of the shoulders and a 'so-what? Seen that before....'
I just feel there's an air of desperation about the whole story - not because the story is making me feel there's no way out, but because the cast is struggling with something that is fundamentally terribly flawed.

I found Nor'easter to be a good episode, eerie that it airs following the destruction Hurricane Sandy just unleashed upon the northeast. Dr. Arden is seriously creepy and what exactly he is trying to do with the patients that he's turning into zombies I hope will be explained. I have no problem with the possesed nun, in fact she is just as freaky as the Dr. What she did to the mexican was downright brutal. Not sure what's going on with the alien angle yet but this show is turning into a huge mishmash of sexual deviancy, religion, possesion and alien invasion. I hope they have it all make sense when they wrap the story up. But I am hooked till the end!!

Season 1. No contest. Hooks you from the start, is suspenseful AND enjoyable.. Exactly what TV should be.

The scene where they all escape and then see some monsters and then turn and come running back into the asylum screaming was like something out of The Three Stooges Meet Frankenstein (actual movie). Who says slapstick is dead?

That was by far the stupidest episode of television I have ever watched in my life.
