Arrow takes aim at a new episode next Wednesday night.

Following a widely-praised series premiere - grade it now! - the new CW drama will introduce viewers to Kelly Hu as China White on "Honor Thy Father." The installment will also provide Oliver with a new target to take down, while Laurel is placed on a hit list.
