I liked it. It was haunting and I felt scary in a quiet way. Showing us a bigger picture of what has happened and also let everyone work together without so much drama. It was a jelling type of episode.
You can't go at at a breakneck pace every episode.

This DID seem a waste of what few episodes we have left of Fringe. There was perhaps 10 minutes of story development spread out over 40 minutes. But then, I'm not a fan of this 'timeline' at all. I would have much preferred the reopening of the portal and the further development of a 'two universe' universe, seeing where that leads (perhaps to a THIRD universe!), including Fauxolivia meeting a baby Henrietta. Obviously, this being Fringe, there is no way to tell where the story will go, but if the rest of the series is just the "good guys" fighting to get rid of the "bad guys", I think I'm going to be disappointed.

Wasn't my favorite episode either.
Not to mention it was a bit difficult to focus when the weird skin disease the people had was giving me the itches the entire time.
