I like to start am a Alicia and Peter fan (Will can take a leap) After watching last nights episode i'm convinced that maggie is holding something back from Eli, when he reentered the room to talk to her she had a folder open with a picture of Will and closed it quick. The conversation about Sept 30 at the the ST MARTIN hotel is the same place as the affair started but her story to Eli and Kalinda was very strange regarding how it went down from a receipt.
I think we are going to see more and hear as to why she wants to talk to Alicia about, the affair isn't going away and someone is trying to make a mess out of Peters campaign. At the time of the ST MARTIN hook-up the campaign wasn't on yet. You do the math.

I think most of the other comments have touched on the two biggest problems with The Good Wife this year. Matt Czuchry gets a starring credit and yet he has no storyline and no purpose. He is too good an actor to waste in this way. Also, the Kalinda storyline is over the top. She is so good as an investigator that the continued emphasis on her sordid relationship with her husband detracts from her ability to be effective. I have started fast forwarding through all the scenes with the two of them. I love the addition of Nathan Lane, and although I'm rooting for Lockhart/Gardner to get back on its feet, I will be sad to see him go.

Hate to tell you, but I find Kalinda's storyline freaky sexy. Wow. She was always almost too good to be true before, but we knew she could be a badass. She's just not perfect.
I love Cary too. He is just so appealing- would love to see Kalinda and Cary get together.
Don't know how I feel about Alicia's kiss. I thought she and Will were great together.
All I can say is, last night's episode was ANOTHER fantastic show- the best network drama on TV today!

Please, please, please have Kalinda murder her abusive husband, get off for self defense, and get back to what she does best....unparalled detective work finding the "smoking gun" that helps them win a case.

the Kalinda/Nick relationship is sending a dangerous message that violence can be a turn on. Domestic Violence organizations must be outraged. And, enough of the lesbian-in-bed scenes. It's getting to be sensationalism that takes away from the good script-writing.

Sorry posted by accident. I meant to say it focuses on politicians and their wives. I also love that Alicia is rebuilding her relationship with Peter and that Peter is obviously a changed man. It takes a strong woman to stay back to work on her marriage when it's so much easier to walk away especially when there's a younger & sexier boss in the horizon. Fingers crossed TGW doesn't descend to the level of unnecessary love triangles.

more eli and cary. less 50 shades kalinda and more p.i. Kalinda. less love triangle and more peter's campaign and the saving of LockhartGardener. more trustee, less opposition (they bore me and were so last season finale) more diana and her relationship with the trustee. why does he want to save her more than will? what do we need to know about the appointing of the trustee, he says he is there to help them but yet i want to know what is in it for him. alicia going back to peter is just a blip. she's thankful he didn't embarrass her again but as to rekindling i say it will be a one off and season finale episode. overall 4.5/5 and kalinda husband there's more we are yet to know and does no one else find it strange that peter and her were once a fling......bring that to light again

@nikk I agree with you. This show is about adult relationships in the real world. I love how it explores the complex lives of politicians, baggage and all and shows us their struggles in either walking away, facing temptation, giving in to same or staying back to re-build their marriage. I love that Alicia is

I strangely think that Cary will save this firm......maybe Cary and Alicia. He is about to shine. Love that trustee. He has more dimensions to him than are apparent. Those girls took a gig with the other side.....that is like working with the devil....they could get screwed in the end. Saw a short film once that told the whole story about a relationship/breakup through eggs....this reminds me of the Kalinda stuff.....Why is she playing such a dangerous game ?

@nikk... to re-start a relationship is always a step backward.
Sometimes it's for the best, sometimes not, but you can't say it's moving on.
Since you add "I wish all these Willicia shippers would grow up"
I will add, how can you be so naïve?
This is what the show wants with promoting a love triangle.
We all just fulfill our roles.
PS. show is not only a love-T, thank the gods! There's much much more!

How is Alicia forgiving Peter a step backward? I wish all these Willicia shippers would grow up. Alicia doesn't love Will. She loves Peter. Peter has changed. This is a grown-up show for grown-up people. For the rest, there's The CW.

I really loved the episode-up until that last scene. I agree I do not want Peter and Alicia back together. I loved her "I don't give a d***" comment. After all, she shouldn't right? Wasn't the whole point that she was sleeping with Will at that same time? Really she had no right to be upset if it was true. But clearly, she did care, or she wouldn't have kissed with in relief at the end. I agree with the whole "regression of her character" argument but more so, for me, I just don't get why she would choose to go back to Peter, while walking away from Will, who would probably cut off his left arm to be with her. In real life, I would beg Will to find someone else and move on!

Cary no-storyline deserves more attention than that Kalinda's messy storyline.
Lana. Nick. But who cares? The show is still good but they've to cut off that Kalinda nonsense now. It's hurting the show.
And let's start to give Cary storylines. THAT can improve the show.

I love TGW, story lines are complicated and there's always a nice twist.
The almost deaf judge with a perfect knowledge of technicalities: hilarious!
I must say why I love Will: in the court room he shines.
Utterly, totally, weirdly bored with all that relates to Kalinda, I had to bite my hand not to fast forward.
Lovely embarrassed Eli: to me he is at his best when acting as a character support,it was strange, last season when he had multiple story lines on his own, must be difficult to write just enough to make one shine and not too much so that the viewer feels like the story is stalling because you are indulging elsewhere.
That's why I'm starting to feel like Cary as a inside joke. He's in every single episode, but has almost no lines.
They must be saying: "hey, how can we put Matt into all this without having him saying absolutely anything?"
To the rest of fans... It seems like his absence of story line has put him more in evidence ^_°
Alicia - Will: it was nice how

Aww..come on Alicia. Make up your mind. One minute you said "I dont give a damn" to Peter. The next minute you kissed Peter like he is the best thing that happened to you. I am just tired of Alicia's personal life going back and forth. Enough already. Also, no more Kalinda's personal life. That is even more confusing. For me, the law suit and the story lines of Lockhart and Gardner seem to be more interesting to watch nowadays. More court rooms and interesting cases please.

The case this week was indeed intriguing. I didn't like the snooty guy that owned the business. I somehow don't think we've seen the last of that guy.
I don't know that I'm liking Alicia getting back with Peter. Yeah yeah People change(sometimes) But it sure takes a lot to build trust back.

I think alicia needs to keep her distance. She has come so far, this would just be a huge step backwards. I get that she's happy Peter didn't lie. For once! But that doesn't change that facts that he has lied on numerous other occasions and the fact that he has cheated on her multiple times. Not to mention Will is hopelessly in love with her, and you can tell she loves him too.
