The funny thing is Elena is going to through high school with the help of Caroline and Matt. Her best friends. Where is Bonnie Bennett? Is she her best friend too?
I really have doubts about the writers ability to write a show with multiples characters, I mean look the only developed characters are the main three and sometimes even the minor characters who are dying after 5 scenes have more back story than Bonnie! And when I say Bonnie it's Bonnie the character not Bonnie's family (and even that it's lost in the nature!).
New character played by Phoebe Tonkin yeah cool, but seriously why? I don't see the point of her character, same goes with Dr Fell, like now Alaric is dead, she can go some place else, wasn't she just some love interest? Book Meredith I would have been happy to see more of her but show Meredith right now is pretty useless.
I feel a new triangles, this show is the master of use

I'm personally looking forward to meeting her. She could be horrible but she could be great too. I've liked most of the guest stars over the last few seasons with very few exceptions. (Rose is a personal fave!) I like the actress herself and the fact that she is good at stirring up trouble is fun. I would like poor Caroline to get some happy moments in a couple for longer than 1 or 2 episodes though! I'm just going to trust the writers. More often than not, I like where they go...(on this show only! the GA PP writers make me want to throw away my tv)
And that's actually nothing new - Hayley's character idea has been known since casting sides hit the net. Still absolutely NOTHING interesting about her, considering she is obviously here for the sake of getting in the way of forwood and will no doubt be just as personalityless and boring as last couple of dozen of guest stars.
Elena : I just want to kill her. It's that simple.
