Tina Fey and Amy Poehler to Host 2013 Golden Globe Awards

Is it January 13 yet?!?

In what can only be described as the Most Incredible News in Human History, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have been tapped to co-host the 2013 Golden Globe Awards.

Said Paul Telegdy, President of Alternative and Late Night Programming at NBC Entertainment, of the decision to select the 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation actresses:

"Having both Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on board to host this year’s festivities is a major coup. Tina and Amy have a proven chemistry and comedic timing from their many years together on SNL to their successful co-starring roles in Baby Mama."

The stars take over for back-to-back host Ricky Gervais.

It's far too early to know the nominees for next year's Golden Globes, of course, but it's rather clear already just who the true winners are: viewers around the country.
