Matthew Perry to Make Return to The Good Wife

by at . Comments

With Maddie Heyward throwing her wealthy hat into The Good Wife ring last Sunday, we can now confirm another update to the Chicago race for Governor.

Matthew Perry will be reprising his role as Republican candidate Mike Kresteva on an upcoming episode of the CBS drama. Look for him to make his return in early 2013.

Matthew Perry as Mike Kresteva

Kresteva debuted toward the end of The Good Wife Season 3, making Alicia's acquaintance as part of a Blue Ribbon Panel and eventually worming his way into the face.

Despite being referenced on more than one occasion this fall, it had been unclear whether Perry would be able to stop by again, considering his starring role on NBC's Go On.
