Just read the reviews on last show Sunchaser pretty well covered it all. There's not much more to say ,everyboy just clicked together. We are also are seeing another side of our two favouite chacaters. At the same time they are surrounded with excellent actors and very good writing and storylines. It's a "5" guys" EXCELENT".My wife just bought the first season POI. We are good till next week now.
I do not see Fusco removing the entries as any sign of backsliding. He HAD to remove his entry from the ledger or when it was handed over, the FBI would be coming after him. Since he did he also had to remove Simmons' entry just to protect himself with HR (or what remained of it). The removal however also removed 6 other names (I think there were 2 names per page) although there was no way that they could have been left in the book.
This was a great episode. It had tons of funny moments. My favourite was when Finch told Reese he had glasses for him and that would throw Maxine off..a la Clark Kent. All the other funny moments mentioned were fantastic too. I think Fusco trusted the wrong guy Simmons is just dirty and in the end Reese will find out and may tell Fusco their deal is over. All in all an enjoyable episode.

I totally agree with the review and with Suncatcher's comments, there was, indeed, the perfect balance between comedy and drama/action in this episode, and I was so thrilled that the journalist recognized that he and Zoe Morgan have a thing for each other that can't be denied! There is certainly chemistry there, but then,I thought that Jim C really sizzled with sexy during his date and every other time he encountered the reporter. He knows how to throw out those smoldering sexy looks from that handsome face and those steely eyes...sigh. I think it is rare that a man uses his testosterone for good, and Reese just seems to use all of his powers for good with a casual, natural style that is breathtaking.I also loved that Finch was flirting and texting, while he was also being driven nuts by Bear's squeeky toy! LOL! I love those guys!
It's nice to finally get to see the other side's of the main characters. Finch hurriedly throwing the toy to the dog, hiding in the closet and eyes bugging outta his head when he saw the weapons. Reese on a 'date', which he clearly is rusty in that department. And his putting the glasses on. I'm glad someone finally agrees with me- Jim Cavesill would make a great Batman- but I couldn't stand him leaving the series. Great episode!

I found this episode to be perfectly balanced between drama and comedy as only the POI writers can achieve! I was laughing outloud at Finch's antics with Bear and trying to help Reese with pick up lines on his first date in a long time. Talk about the blind leading the blind! Loved the line when Reese asked Finch (texting Reese with lines to use), "What did I just tell her (Maxine)?" The entire cast seemed to be having a lot of fun with all the comedy in this episode. Us too! Loved it at the end when Finch solved the squeaky toy problem as he had a Grinch-like look on his face as he held up the squeaker part he had just removed from the toy. Like most others here, the look on Finch's face when he hid in Reese's closet and found himself surrounded by weapons of mass destruction was priceless! My favorite part - when Zoe Morgan patted Reese on the butt as she left the restaurant. (Loved Caviezel's hot new Porsche! A bonus from CBS? He certainly earned it! Wonder what they gav

The intertwining of the different story lines was very entertaining. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the hour. Although, I felt Maxine was too overzealous, I liked the nice twist that she was unwittingly the perpetrator. I didn't like that she got an innocent man killed, but for all the other great writing and nuances of story line - I can let that go.
I believe that Reese felt something was amiss w/Fusco and yes, later down the line - Fusco will pay for that indiscretion. I didn't figure out the leader of HR and i was surprised - 1st reaction - he's no Elias, but we may get surprised down the line.
Love Finch in the closet, loved the dog with the squeaky toy, loved Reese out on a date - hilarious. Excellent show - great review - I also gave it 5 stars!!!

I really loved this episode. I do think Maxine figured out that John was the man in the suit. Loved how akward John was on the date. The cast and guest actors all played off each other so well. Nice to see Gloria Votsis again. Always a treat when Paige Turco/Zoe shows up. I give this episode 5 stars. Look forward each week to this great show. Writers and actors well done!

Great episode......Great review! I literally found myself Laughing Out Loud! The writers and the actors should be commended for a job well done!
Also liked the new twist that Maxine was the victim AND the perpetrator.
I agree also that Maxine, who was certainly no dummy, figured out that John Anderson was 'the man in the suit' and decided to drop that investigation. Her admiration and affection for John helped in that decision. If she hadn't figured it out, no power on earth would have stopped her from digging.
Also............as a side note.........the Porsche Sinister in the eppy it was Jim Caviezel's personal car.

HR Boss is the head of the newspaper (wasn't he)....he was in a scene earlier when she was in trouble for running the errorenous 'blog' piece that got the mob boss' son killed. Who else would have their thumb on the pulse of the city? I love John's awarkness on a date and surprise when Zoe appeared with her innuendoes! I think, though, he was enjoying this protection detail...too much. It looked like he was crushed when she ended it on the 3rd "date." But, I too, thinks she figured it out and decided, rightfully, not to expose him. Finch always amuses me...he is so cuddly. And Reese...'nuff said! Cater and Finch work well together, and nice cover, removing their payoffs from the ledger, Finch...hopefully he doesn't get a false sense of being out from under HRs radar! Great episode, as always...great review!

@joe and @fortyseven the HR boss was the campaign manager for the candidate that was arrested as the head of HR. He and Maxine spoke a couple of times during the episode.
The one thing that bugged me in the show was that Reese kept on wearing is suit all show. If Maxine is looking for 'a man in a suit' and you are worried about being found out, why not change clothes? He was even wearing the suit while making breakfast!

I loved this episode. I figured out who head of HR was early on by guessing who was the least likely. Reese was so awkward on his "date", he was really out of practice. Loved the scene with Zoe when she patted Mr Reese's tush as she left the restaurant. Squeky toy was so funny, anyone who has ever given their dog one of those knows exactly how Mr Finch felt! The look i=on his face when he realized the closet was ful of guns was priceless. I really liked this episode tonight. We are starting to srr Mr Reese slowly start to escape from his PTSD.

Loved it, Zoe and Reese are spectacular together, Paige is lovely, and I loved the way Maxine had figured out that Reese is "the man in the suit" too. Carter and Fusco interviene is awesome.
Finch was Fantastic in this episode.

Yes, I kind of DID think that Maxine had figured out that Reese is "the man in the suit".
The funniest moment of the show for me was when Finch hid in the closet, looked around himself, and found he was standing in an armory. The wide-eyed look of horror was hysterical. He usesd his soldier of fortune, but is surprised at the tools of his trade? Hysterical! So is his pampering of the dog.
I hope that Fusco doesn't get in trouble down the road. He's trying so hard to redeem himself and be the guy he always wanted to be.
I think Maxine figured out that John was the Man in the Suit.

She didn't originally in the paper. If you recall her boss said he would run it online (I.E. likely an opinion piece/blog) at first due to the lack of hard evidence. This is common nowadays in the news biz.
Great episode with all the twists and turns. Also, more Paige Turco next week!
