i REALLY dont want to see stefan upset for the rest of the seasons, come on. His sadness should only last for 2 episodes at the most, and id really like to see how he handles this. I want him to be strong and care freee. I want him to go crazy and meet new girls. And then i want him to be with someone dark. Wouldnt it be fun to see Caroline and STefan get drunk after their break ups ?! hahahahha. AND then at the end of the series i want elena and him to end up together :D THE END.

to stelena fans, stefan and elena would have never lasted. there is no drama or passion between them. for a relationship to work, you need passion. a healthy relationship has fights and disputes and stefan and elena barely ever fight. they are too good for each other. clearly, i am a delena fan.
as for klaus and caroline, they are so cute together. something clearly is going on between hayley and tyler and caroline deserves better. i actually like hayley and i think she would be good with tyler. klaus is such a gentleman and caroline would be lucky to be with him. i cant wait for the next episode when caroline and klaus go on a date:)

I wanted to add. It should be Stelena forever. I mean Stephen gave himself over to klaus to save Damon! Stephen has saved and protected elena from the start. So while Stephen saves Damon, Damon makes his move on Elena? Damon is a punk! Stephen saves them both and they back stab him!!!! Delena is just WRONG and you know it! You don't do that to family! , it started wrong, and it will end wrong! So if they don't have Stephen and Elena back together then allow Stephen to be happy with someone else! He deserves the best. And whe. Stephen ends up with a beautiful girl who loves him back, Elena will be jeolous and Damon will loose his brother!!!!!!!

I have been reading every delena comment and I can't take it anymore. Everyone saying Damon and Elena finally or Damon deserves to be happy! Are you serious! From the very beginning when Stephen and Elena met Damon made it his mission to torture Stephen. He intentionally picked on his brother and then falls in love with Elena? Come on, Damon of course should be happy but why Elena? Stephen couldn't even be happy and free of Damon pushing his way with Elena. Stephen and Elena are first loves. Damon pushed and pushed and constantly reminded Elena that he loves her and would do anything for her. In the meantime, Stephen did everything for Elena! Damon was always trying to one up his brother. Elena did not love Damon and his ways up until the end of season 3. She was attracted to Damon and liked the attention but that was not true love. Stephen loves her unconditionally allowing her to. Ate her own choices. Damon contolling, killed her brother, Lexi, Zachary, etc. Elena did

Well Its time to face the Delena moment. Its inevitable. And I think that it is going to be one of the central storylines to this 4th season, which in my opinion, is one of the greatest till now. Im no delena fan but, stelena was kind of stale and nothing special was happening. I just hope that by that Stefan will be free and turn to Dark again, but still not fall over the edge. I want him to fight snap kill. He can be so much better than what he's doing now.
For the Professor Shane guy, I think that well, to be honest he will be responsible for the greater Evil that Pastor Young prophecied on the letter... May be having something to do with that SILAS that he was giving a lecture.
I so much want that Klaus stop turning around Blondie Vamp. Its not going anywhere, and I dont like Hayley (Faye), she definitely want Tyler.

Am i the only one who`s not happy about the DELENA developments of the 4th season. I really miss human Elena. And i don`t trust the stuff with vampy Elena and Damon. I really think at the end he will still the one who gets hurt in the process of Julie Plec bringing Stelena together again. I don`t want Elena to have magnified feelings for Damon just because she`s a vampire right now. I miss their connection when she was human. It was strong and pure.

When Elana died last season I realized that was the writers way of placating Stelaena fans for what they were planning to do. They wanted to justify her cuckolding Stephan without her coming off as a duplicitous skank; because, as much as she claimed she chose Stephen when still human, she would have hurt him, as its obvious she wants Damon.
Honestly if the triangle nonsense continued much longer, I would have stopped watching because Elena was just being duplicitous. On one hand she is a goody that wants to save the world on the other hand shes in a love triangle, with brothers at that. Contradictory much? Hypocrite.
On another note though, I'm liking this season far more than season 3. Last season was too much about the love triangle plus the story about the originals fell flat. This season the writers have gone back to the formula that made TVD good. They've returned to the folklore and mythology surrounding Mystic Falls and the vampires.

B, I'm sorry you are upset by this, but you are being a bit delusional. You're upset because you've been ignoring the obvious [to everyone else] connection that has developed between Elena and Damon, and I don't just mean in S3... she saved him about 3 times in the first season alone... because something drove her to do so. She's been in love with Damon a long time, she could jut ignore it because he kept sabotaging it in favour of Stefan again and again.
And you're missing the real life situation of falling for one person and then falling for a second without meaning to. If you fall in love with the second, you were never truly in love with the first.
Stefan 'saved' her, and that is why she fell for him, and that is why she chose him at the end of S3... because he was with her friends, and Damon wasn't. Stefan was the SAFE choice, but not the right one.

I hated this episode so much! How can Elena break Stefan's heart like that. What she told Stefan at the end is totally not believable at all. How can she do that to him after everthing they have gone through and what he's doing for her and has always done for her? What a biatch! So, Elena's feelings for Damon have intesified but not for Stefan? That makes no sense at all. She loved Stefan so much more so her feelings for Stefan should have intensified more. So, what is poor Stefan going to do now, try to find her cure so she can be with Damon? That storyline makes no sense at all whatsoever. I think Stefan should just go all ripper on her ass now, so Elena can feel guilty about driving him there again and get back to him. Or maybe she'll like him more that way, since she is a darker vampire now and likes Damon because he feeds on people. I'm boycotting the show until Elena gets back with Stefan. I'm so angry and dissapointed.

vampire elena choosing damon over stefan? fitting. how can vamp elena hate what she became(monster) and becomes attracted to the male version of herself that she hated? so ironic. i am so disappointed. i would rather see the vamp ELENA with STEFAN and show the viewers that all is not evil in the vamp world. after all, they still have jeremy, bonnie, matt and others to protect and be with and still be part of the human world

Wow so happy with this episode sooo excited for delena action! So happy damon finally has a chance to be happy and get what he wants and deserves! His character has transformed into a truely great character he is magnificent! Anyone who still thinks he is still a "bad" guy has seriously not been paying any attention. Loved the bedroom scene! No matter how much he loves elena he still wants whats best for stephan and what he deserves! Hes so selfless its wonderful! I really hate when stelena fans go on and on about how hes a bad guy and he does not deserve elena! Have these guys not been paying attention at all over the last few seasons! Hes done so much to redeem himself! ITS ABOUT TIME FOR DELENA! I COULD NIT SUFFER THROUGH ANY MORE BORING ASS STELENA!!

Plus I think that the wickery bridge won't remain a symbol of death for Elena I believe it has turned to be a symbol of survival after being saved by Damon and this time she wanted to be saved (you can see that in the way she looked at him when she started getting burn by the sun light) and she was happy with it, you can see how greatful she was for Damon for being there and saving her how warm she was with him and there hand holding was superb.
PS:I loved Damon's honesty toward Elena and how he didn't try to get advantage of her fight with Stefan instead he called Stefan when she didn't and told her about the cure so they'll have a chance to solve things out.(He want it to be real :) )

Actually I think that Matt has became interesting and really helpful in this season (I'm impressed).
*My favorite part is Damon and Elena scenes: (the hallucination, wickery bridge and the bed room scenes made my day) :the hallucination was really depressing I almost lost my mind along with Elena who faced all her fears and gilt, but with all that guilt and fear of what Stefan and her friends think of her and what's best for Jeremy (having a ghost to help him not a vampire that hurts him) she was sure about one thing and that is Damon's feeling toward her, she knows that he loves her no matter. I loved the fact that he was the only one who could get through her, the only one that she could see without appearing to her as Connor and who knew where she would've gone.

*The break up scene between Elena and Stefan was a great scene that was the 1st time to see these two open and honest about their feelings, unfortunately for them their 1st time was in a break up moment. I was so happy to see Elena admitting her feelings toward Damon and to know that she was aware and that she admire Damon's strength and dedication for her who did everything for her: the girl that chose his brother. Plus it felt great to see that they broke up after her knowing about the cure and not before that.
*Seriously these scenes where Damon makes these gestures that shows how much he miss his friend kills me. And how Matt showed up next to Damon and telling him about his suspicious.

*Happy to see Caroline and Tyler not really breaking up but I understand Tyler's madness he lost a friend 'cause he helped to save another friend and got killed in the process. And to be honest it was shocking to see Caroline and Stefan so indifferent with killing an innocent person just to save a friend.I hoped she would've been more sensitive about that subject with Tyler but I hope that she and Stefan understand from now on Damon's actions to save Elena specially that they've done the same thing that they always have judged him about.
*I don't trust Professor Shane more than ever, is he related to this Silas? Is Silas the greater evil that is heading to MF?

A magnificent episode. Beside what Matt said:"What a tremendous job this hour did in tying together all characters and storylines." I loved the parallels and the symbols scenes that was great to watch.
*after watching stabbed Conner turned to be stabbed Jeremy I can say that this is the 2nd time that I was so greatful for the existance of the Gilbert ring (1st when Damon snapped his neck).

i loved the episode. i am sad about stelena breaking up but i serously am happy to possibly seeing delena happening. damon deserves to happy in one season and actually have a steady gf. cant wait to see what they are going with the show. love it.

Hey guys! Am I the only one who's not perfectly happy with what happened? I mean, didn't you noticed that Elena practically admitted she's become a person she doesn't want to be? Yes, she's choosing Damon but she's also saying she "wants nothing more than to get the girl who chose Stefan back". She's saying she still loves him and I simply can't see how this can turn up positively for Damon and Elena.
Anyway I won't trust Elena, no matter how much open and honest, until I see what's gonna happen next!
Damon: She's strong and crafty and you'll die. Elena: At least I'll die trying.
