Arrow Return Promo: Who's Next?
Arrow is on hiatus until January 16, but at least The CW drama left viewers with the official introduction of an intriguing new character on last night's "Year's End."

@Jarrod - I have been actually thinking that for a long time. Ever since they first on-screen interaction. There's something about her that's really pleasing to the eye.
