Questions abound as we head into tonight's Boardwalk Empire Season 3 finale, which is titled "Margate Sands" and which will begin on New Year's Eve 1922.

Look for Dean O'Banion to cause some problems for Al Capone, while Richard mentors Tommy in Atlantic City and Margaret tours a new hospital made possible by Nucky's fortune.
