Best episode: "'Til Death" One of the best episodes of any show this year. The POIs were excellent, with a story that's not a cliché, as is the problem with many procedurals these days. Finch, Carter, and Fusco all had B-plots that were interesting and related to the case. It was a great episode. Worst Episode: "Triggerman" Not a bad episode, just the least spectacular. Best Character: Carter. She balances Resse & Finch, her police work, and the FBI, and still manages to fit in sly remarks to Reese. And she's a badass mom! Worst Character: Detective Beecher. He just doesn't sell as the bad cop. Best Love Interest: Definitely Grace. Her and Finch are magical together! Hopes for 2013: We need to see more of Fusco! He needs more screen time.
