Sorry, Arrow. But The CW is seeking another green-loving archer.

Sources confirm to The Hollywood Reporter that the network is set to develop Sherwood, a drama set in 11th century England and based around a woman who heads out to rescue her imprisoned serf boyfriend… only to come across come across a certain character who loves to steal from the rich and give to the poor.

She ends up joining Robin Hood and his Merry Men and serving as an inspiration for the residents of Nottingham.

Um...don't they already basically have this show on their network, but they call it Arrow? And I am pretty sure it is its highest rated show...

Yes, BBC's Robin Hood was awesome--at least til the finale of season two :(

Oh for the love of originality - CW, come on!

Seriously american get your own ideas and leave the British shows alone. Being Human, Sherlock and and now Robin Hood they are good because they are British! Jonas Armstrong is the only Robin for me

no.. just no... -_- BBC already had their great Robin Hood show, Wonder Woman already flopped and Alice is too precious a topic... I don't think the CW can handle it right :/
