Meanwhile, Arizona struggles with the emotional and physical pain of a phantom limb, and while battling pregnancy hormones, an overly-emotional Meredith is confronted with her worst fear.

Well, at least they didn't fire Owen, apparently... I'm relieved.
The new doc looks like what Cristina and Bailey's child would be like. I think she will bring some discipline to the hospital. Good luck trying to parent the doctors at SGMW, though! They'll never stop screwing around in the on-call room...
Can't wait to see her character!

Zimmer looks like on tough serious lady who should not be messed around with. Can't wait. Don't know her at all but I hope she stays.
