Jessica, the reason i say this is because now that she is managing director again she carries the most responsability and hence has a lot to lose, and the fact that she just took part in the dismissal of Daniel based on accusations of fraud when she is currently keeping the fact that mike is a fraud a secret puts her in a very dangerous position. all the eyes of the partners are on her.
As usual Harvey is her responsibility and because of his nature and his tendancy to push boundries she is in an even more dangerous position, one wrong move could not only end her career but have her disbarred or put into prison.
Also, the fact that there are more and more people finding out about Mike being a fraud means it is getting closer and closer to the point where it gets into the wrong hands and Jessica takes the fall with Mike and Harvey.
"with great power comes great responsibility" - in my opinion Jessica hasnt been safe enough and has not stuck closely enough to the rules and she i

. In this season, Daniel’s attention led Louis to vote against Jessica, placing Louis in a hot spot as Harvey and Jessica believe he is an opportunist and willing to overlook the integrity. Although he may have ultimately voted to fire Hardman and keep Harvey, the damage was done. Louis’s under-the-table dealings have also ruined his relationships with Mike and Rachel. Louis has in reality been loyal to the firm and those who treat him well, but Jessica for some reason refuses to give him the recognition for which he yearns so deeply. For the remainder of this season, he will have to deal with the consequences of his actions that Jessica and Harvey believe have potentially jeopardized the firm. The pressure is on him to prove that he remains loyal to the firm (particularly, now that Jessica and Harvey have the upper hand) and can perform at a level deserving of senior partner, all the while asserting himself into the influential circle at the firm.

"Round up the usual suspects."
Jessica, Harvey, Mike, Rachel, Louis, and Donna. The mid-season finale brings to a close, Daniel Hardman's attempt to take over Pearson & Hardman, and leaves us with devastating news about Grammy's death. As the season has progressed, each member of "usual suspects" has seen their loyalty questioned and their unity broken. Donna and Harvey's relationship is still reeling from Donna's firing, while Mike's downward spiral threatens his relationship with Rachel. Much of these difficulties are either personal or are now on the mend. But, the one who has faced and continues to face the most challenging time at the firm is Louis because he is the sole outsider in this group.
As Dumbledore once said, "It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to your friends." Throughout the first season, even though Louis and Harvey had their catfights, Louis was still respected for his loyalty to the firm. In this
Gotta be Louis. He turned his back on Jessica and Harvey, now he has to squirm his way back. One of the upcoming scenes shows Jessica telling him, he can offer his opinion when he's managing partner of Lint, nobody, and nothing. He has a long way back. And seeing Hardman in the promos,no one is gonna be sure that Louis isn't feeding him info. They will never trust him completely,

I think Louis is going to have the hardest time at the firm this season, because not only did he give his loyalty to Hardman over Jessica, but he also now has to prove that he is worthy of the senior partner position that was given to him by Hardman. Louis has to show that he is important to the firm, not just some person who Hardman promoted to get a vote for his side.

Harvey has the potential to face the most challenges due to the fact that Jessica, coming back into power after the Hardman debacle, is going to have to demonstrate more control over the firm. As a result, there will surely be more clashes between her and Harvey as their alpha personalities have already proven problematic for each other in the past. Their tenuous relationship will continue to be tested as they move forward and I believe Harvey’s ambitious nature will ultimately pit the two against one another. This dilemma, coupled with the ever present pressure of keeping Mike’s secret, will cause Harvey to embark on an interesting ride that will make for a crazy back half of the season.
I think Jessica will have an extremely challenging time at the firm, as Daniel's emergence clearly damaged her power and influence. Even though Daniel is now "gone", she will face an uphill battle as she attempts to assert herself, once again, as the powerhouse who is worthy of having her name on the front door. As a strong, independent, intelligent woman I have no doubt that she will be up to the challenge but I'm sure it will by no means be an easy endeavor. And if Daniel's cryptic words in High Noon, "Someday he'll make the first move on you" are to serve as a bit of foreshadowing as to what's to come, the fragile state of the once rock solid Jessic/Harvey partnership may continue to crumble.

Gina will face the hardest time this season. While Harvey and Mike are always teetering on the precipice of disaster, Gina is the one who has the most to lose because it's her firm.
I think they are going to take out a lot of frustration on Louis and he will kind of be on the outs.

Mike for not having his law degree although I can't imagine where the show would go if he was found out and sent packing. Harvey's is going to be more of an emotional hard time and of course there is Louis he is such a turd.

The character facing the most obstacles this season is definitely a toss up between Harvey and Jessica; both have a long way to fall and both had knowledge about the fact that Mike was practicing without a law degree and that's as serious as problems in the legal community come. But on the whole, I'd have to say Harvey will be under the fire more so than Jessica, simply because he's invested so much into Mike, and they've formed such an amazing bond, that He's going to go out of his way to help me, knowing full well how wrong it is. If things go wrong, Harvey will suffer, not just professionally, but emotionally as well. And if the clips from the upcoming episodes which show Harvey asking Jessica to put his name on the door is any indication, this season is gonna be one heck of an uphill battle for Harvey!

Jessica Pearson. She lost face when Hardman came back, so she has to reestablish her dominance. Specter helped her get rid of Hardman, no Jessica has to prove she can lead without his assistance.

I think Louis is going to face a lot of difficulty this season. He lost a lot of trust when he backed Hardman. He was also completely out of line in the practice trial with Donna this season. Though he sort of redeemed himself at the end, his actions have shown that his loyalty can be bought. That really undermines his trust. He is going to have a hell of a time working his way bac into everyone's good graces. As things stand, I'm not sure anyone at the firm will ever be able to trust him again and, frankly, I'm not sure he deserves it. He's a good lawyer, but the way he conducts himself outside of the courtroom leaves a lot to be desired.
In my opinion, Harvey will have a hard time at the firm because he is the one who hired Mike knowing he didn't go to Harvard Law School or any law school, which is against the firm's policy. If the firm finds out, Mike will just go back to his old life but Harvey will lose his credentials and suffer all the consequences.
