I also liked the scene with Jane and Donald culpepper at the elevator. They need to use this guy more, he has a very interesting personality. It was a good episode all the way through.

hello bonaduz! great epi indeed makes me want to go back and watch again.
I also loved ep 2-11 at the school reunion, cute when they dance at the end..
and ep 1*10 with Sophie, Simon's acting is priceless when he tells Lisbon why Sophie is important to him.

Hi bonaduz, A Price Above Rubies was one of my favorites from season 2! It's one of my go to episodes while we wait and wait and wait! I liked the scene with the doctor, Lisbon and Jane on the outside of the rehab center. When Jane does his routine about Lisbon being a alcoholic!

The game is called spot the difference. They use different photo's from different shows. They are not using The Mentalist photo's at this time.

Hi mimi and anitraward1: I'm following your conversation about the episodes with a BIG grin on my face! I guess we all kind of like the same stuff!!! By the way: s2 ep9 (a price above rubies) - Jane in a tuxido: "Meh-like I don't know how to work a fat crowd of suckers!" Yummie!
One of my fav. scenes so far is the end of "fugue in red" where Jane just stands in the doorway of his house in Malibu, the memories coming crashing back to him and he just sways ever so slightly! I thought that was a really great piece of acting from Simon's part! Very quiet, but still VERY intense!

I wonder if anagrams might show us something in the titles? Oh! speaking of games, did you know CBS has a Mentalist game. They show scenes from the show and you have to figure out what's wrong with the picture. The game is also timed.

I think we have established that Jane Likes Lisbon. I don't question that anymore. I don't think the writer's will let that cat out of the bag because it would detract the show from it's original course. I think the writer's will hint and tease us with it til the very end!

well I have seen all epi and some many times but I only know them in terms of numbers. will try to remember their titles.
it's someone in here that made me notice there was red in almost all of them!

I love that episode that is very intense, because of Jane being chased by the two men then he sleeps with Lorelei I mean we never saw his character getting laid before, then the scene with Lisbon in the church is as cute as it is funny, I love the I love you scene which left me puzzled a little I mean why did he say that? then when she asks him he says I can't remember, yeah right! and then the whole ending.. the holding hand..

I love scarlet ribbons, amazing epi with T Carter's wife. little red book was ok but not outstanding, pretty red ballon was interesting as we see a bit of his past life, ring around the Rosie was ok
will have to watch all this again!

You know what? Isn't it interesting that in the Crimson Hat episode, the whole setup was extremely fast and it kind of speaks to my idea about the CBI INNER CIRCLE! Hummm.........

Yep! you are right, these were some of my other favorites. My favorites in season 4 are;
Scarlet Ribbons, The Little Red Book, Pretty Red Ballon, Ring around the Rosie, My Bloody Valentine, War of the Roses, The Blinking Red Light, Fugue in Red, Red Rover, Red Rover and the Crimson Hat.

the other day, I was watching 4*24 and when RJ tells Jane that he's debonnair at all cost, later when the FBI chases their car, you see the name of the road is Debonnair. weird? coincidence?

the rj episodes are usually my favourites. but even in between there are really good ones. there are a few I didn't like too much and wouldn't watch twice.

had a look, now I remember! it was a good epi but not one of my fav. The devil's cherry is also one of my fav, I agree with what you said about Jane. IT was a funny epi but also sad and deep.
I love bloodshot, the S3 finale, the epi where he's got amnesia, one of my all fav is 4-24 and of course 4*23. I also love 5*1. There are so many, I love the epi with Erica, both of them, the first one because we got to see Jane talking to a camera and saying what he likes about women and it was cute when you see Lisbon watching at the end and then the second one is great, this sexual tension building between Erica and him and Lisbon going crazy. there are surely more but I cant remember.. oh I also love 5*5!
