even the reviewer didn't discuss the april arc into shane's immortality and why she reacted to everything that happened to him. why does shane need jer is he's already aware of the location and has orchestrated the whole finding the cure crap. why has no one on the show noticed bonnie's gone cult on them and is brainwashed by this dude who supposedly knew her gramz. why has the other witches not communicated with her and reveal his intentions. can't they hear everything and see everything......

why is everyone on this forum so bothered about the triangle and not focusing on the bigger picture.
silas is a very bad man and is immortal but how? is he the child that was mentioned in the story? is this evil warlock/wizard his dad? why is he connected to april what is up with that? are they connected somehow???
i am fed up of every week on the reviews there is constat arguments about the triangles and how the review isn't addressing the silas arc more. obv plec wants us to notice this and wonder the consequences not this stupid contrived sire bond!!!!!!

I didnt mind rebekah torturing the truth out of them, and finding out about what went on.. but seriously ? why are they dragging on this love triangle !! i was hoping elena and stefan would just be at peace with each other at the end, and that he looks to the cure for more selfish reasons.. for himself... i have a feeling hes going to do that, but its taking SO long. Dont like how melodramatic this entire situation is becoming.

Damon deserves some happiness .he has been there for Elena through everything .the reason he didnt leave was because Elena became a vampire and again he wanted to be there for her .he has rescued her and stood by her and was honest with her about Stefan not once but a number of times .he shows again and again how much he only wants the best for Elena .

Also it is immature for Stefan to do that but it also shows how much pain hes going through, its unbearable for him. Honestly you people act like it wouldn't suck to be in love with someone thinking they are the one yet you know they have feelings for your sibling then finds out they slept together. Immature? Yes, but its also painful and an obviously unbearable pain. Whats more immature though is stefan wanting the cure to see how she really feels. Guy needs to move on and writers need to end this triangle.

I loved your posts and I wholeheartedly agree with everything you wrote. OMG the phone call scene was the best scene so far in this season, maybe the best of the whole series. I cried my eyes out, Ian was so great in that scene. The scene, the music by Snow Patrol in the background, I died, it was too much for me to handle. I can't believe that Elena told him that she loves him and that it is the most real thing she has ever felt in her life. I thought we wouldn't get any DE scenes in this episode, I wasn't expecting this at all. It was such a beautiful scene, we had to wait four seasons for this, but it was definitely worth the wait. I'm crying happy tears, Delena will be the death of me;)

Damon wanted to leave town in 4x03 but Stefan told him to stop being dramatic and to stay, according to Stefan the deal they made in 3x22 was off because Elena's transition changed everything. As for Stefan wanting to forget. I feel sorry for Stefan but that's not the way to deal with heartbreak. If you really love someone you will treasure your memories of your time together even if it hurts, because that's all you have left. IMO it's totally immature to want your memories to be erased, it's the easy way out. I can't understand that at all.

Also i am MORE than sure Damon has walked away from Elena before on top of all the **** Damon has done to Jeremy and the rest of her friends. What WTF is wrong with Stefan wanting to forget?!?Literally EVERYONE said that Stelena was this epic love but obviously it was only one way and for Stefan to find out is F'ing painful ESPECIALLY when its you're brother. Yes! I can't believe Elena finally told Damon she loves him. They are perfect for each other. I just hope her feelings for him are completely real. I'm so happy TVD decided to go there with them so early in the series.

5/ I really loved the scene where Damon shot klaus and said "That's for Carol Lockwood" for two reasons: 1st it was a really beautiful and admirable gesture from Damon's part toward Carol's death knowing that Klaus could rip his heart out within one second but that's Damon when you mess with the people that he cares about, 2nd it showed for the 1000000thtime (even more) how intuitive he is knowing that Klaus is the one who killed her when he wasn't even in MF and how naive Stefan is asking Caroline:"You think he (Klaus) killed her".

This scene is more powerful than any words can describe it: Elena's happy face telling him that she loves him and when he told her to come to him, his face hearing « I love you » after a long long time from the only person that he wanted to hear it from, him literally running out of air while telling her to come to him and then looking up with a smile on his face and Snow Patrol's New York as soundtrack...it's too much for my heart to handle. And about Damon telling Elena to come to him, it's not like they will get over the sire bond issue 'cause it was clear that Damon didn't forget about it by telling Elena that he will find the cure for her, it's just that after all these days away from Elena he needed to let himself be with her and believe her even if it's for a short time that would be enough for him.

3/ Damon/Jeremy/Matt scenes were so cute and I really love seeing them together, it felt like his their parent telling them what to do and what not to do and telling them that he'll buy them icecream if they listen to him. Plus it was great to see Jeremy being impressed and looks up to Damon and it was fun to see him teasing Damon about running out of Elena's voicemails to listen to.And I can't wait to see what's left to tell about his storyline.
4/ Who would ever thought that we will witness another emotional breathtaking phone call between these two (Damon and Elena) after their phone call on 3x22 which was the opposite of today's episode, Elena calling Damon and with all what happened all along her day all she cared about was that she loves Damon and that she needed to tell him that (twice).

and he believed that she loves Stefan and it will always be Stefan.) 2nd He hates Damon and is teeming up with Rebekah to find the cure not caring about its consequences (greater danger will be revived) in order to know Elena’s true feelings toward him? Seriously? Wasn’t Elena clear enough about her feelings plus wasn't him the one who came up with a deal to leave MF and let Damon and Elena have a happy life together without being bothered by his presence and made Damon agree to it or was it just him making sure that he would get rid of his brother's presence (his insecurity source about his relationship with Elena)? I’m not saying that he have to leave but can’t he just accept it, move on and let them be ?

2/ I understand Stefan's pain but I can't understand him saying that his problem with Elena is about her sleeping with Damon when we all know that they've broke up before that 'cause he can't be with her the way she is(a vampire=a broken toy that needs to be fixed) and that she has feelings for Damon and watching him with his childish attitude was painful. 1st we saw him asking Rebekah to compel him to forget every memory, every moment he had with Elena and then walking away from Elena (the exact contrast of Damon who never walked away and kept helping Elena putting her needs before his own no matter how painful and how hard it was for him and who told Elena when he was about to die in 2x22 that he deserve to die for all the choices he made but he doesn't regret it 'cause if it wasn't for these choices he wouldn't have met her which means that he would've gladly made the same choices and go through the same pain if it means he will meet her, back when she was he's brother's girl and he

Great comeback to TVD with an episode like 4x10. I really loved it.
1/ Rebekah made a powerful return and made her revenge by forcing Elena to say the truth that Stefan'd have never wanted to hear (all I wanted to hear but thought I'll never hear it), it was painful but it was needed for both of them so the hidden truth would came to the surface once and for all and they can go on with their lives. Without forgetting how much I loved Caroline being incapable to make an eye contact with Elena knowing that she failed her friend by telling Stefan about her & Damon when she asked her not to untill she tell him on the right time.

I don't acknowledge that very ooc flashback scene as it actually goes against anything Elena said about the night her parents died, she stated she was drunk and she sure hell didn't seem drunk in that scene and Damon's head was so far up Katherine's butt why hell would he care about Elena or not freak out more at the sight of the love his life being there, that entire scene was pointless and a prop. What I was talking about had nothing to do with who met first, it about who dated her first and it was Stefan. Again Damon was the effing interloper and that's the truth.
Damon doesn't love her unconditionally if so he wouldn't be disrespecting her family and friends like he does nor throwing a damn tantrum like a two year old when shit don't go his way.

Jeremy is the reason I am sill watching so I am rooting for him. I hope he somehow gets out the other side of all this. Notice we spent an episode dealing w/ Elena's guilt over killing Connor, and we have not had a line or moment or scene about how Jeremy feels about killing people. He's killed four now. That's kind of a lot.
I'm so tired of Delena Vs Stelena though. It's boring, and the framing of it all is so gross and misogynistic, focusing on the pain of over a hundred year old vampires who are brothers that just want to stick it to each other while Elena is treated as some object to be won. Eyeroll.

I'm not disputing that people can change but when Damon just came to town, he was not the "understanding" and easy to talk to guy that will send you home to your parents when you are clearly drunk and snackable WHEN YOU JUST HAPPEN TO BE THE SPLITTING IMAGE OF THE WOMAN HE'S IN LOVE WITH. That was not him at that time. RECTON FAIL!!!!
but @ RedOktober people can change.. Damon was originally sweet and sensitive when he met Katherine...then he got screwed over by her and Stefan and turned Evil. It makes sense that Love can revert him back to his original self

Elena is disgusting she's just VILE at this point. Shes a MEGAbitch with ZERO integrity. With katherine at least shes upfront about being WILY, elena is all poor me, just STFU elena please. Stebekah is now what makes this show interesting. Either the writers are really blind or they are just out of ideas. Damon has a complex always RUSHing to hook up with his brother's past/current girlfriends. Seriously the writers need to open their eyes to some LIGHT and get the ball ROLLing again cause at this point this show is just a SHADOW of what it used to be.
Elena : I just want to kill her. It's that simple.
