The beloved Vampire Diaries star will appear opposite Aimee Teegarden on Oxygen, a pilot that focuses on a teen (Teegarden), who falls in love with Emery, an alien in high school, years after the latter's species arrives on Earth.

Jow will portray Julia, a student who suffers from an illness but appears to have a second chance at life thanks to these aliens.
