Alex Karev may be the face of Seattle Grace, according to the first Grey's Anatomy sneak peek from "The Face of Change" that we posted earlier today. Here, he puts his face to more interesting use.

Grossed out by Jackson and Stephanie's make-out session and the sounds emanating from the duo, Jo starts in with some primal animal noises of her own, much to Alex's surprise ... and approval.

Grey's Anatomy 'The Face of Change' Clip - This is Gross

In another clip, which was teased in last Thursday's promo, Avery gets a call from April, pleading for help on a patient's behalf. Unless his boy is treated at Seattle Grace now, he'll die, she says.

The problem? Seattle Grace is no longer a trauma center, so there's nothing they can do. Or is there? Avery apparently takes matters into his own hands, no matter what fallout awaits ...
