Derek is the new face of the hospital ... and he's not sure how he feels about it.

Everyone agrees he's got a nice face. No disputing that. It's just ... a lot of it.

Dr. Shepherd agreed to let the hospital use his likeness on brochures, he claims, but not this. He's quickly reminded that he also signed off on "supplemental marketing materials" ... and here we are.

The reactions are pretty great, especially from Richard, who doesn't know quite what he makes of all this. But as Alana says, it's all about image, and three focus groups can't be wrong. Or can they?
