Our Grey's Anatomy review broke down "Idle Hands" in great detail. Now, TVF's Christina Tran, Sean McKenna and Courtney Morrison are back for a Q&A discussion of the episode's events.

1. What was your favorite quote or scene from the episode?

Sean: Alex pulling pranks on Jo's boyfriend. Hilarious. Plus, the final scene between Alex and Jo's BF means we're hopefully gonna get some great confrontation between them.

Courtney: I loved Meredith and Derek when they were finding out the sex of the baby! Too cute. I'm so happy for a McBaby Boy.

Christina: Meredith: "If anyone's going to have a baby with two heads, three arms, and eleven toes, it's me." OMG, that's so me!

2. Are you excited for the new name of the hospital or has it already changed enough times?

Sean: I understand what they are doing with the name, but it really does change anything for me. They could have named it Drama Hook-up Hospital if they wanted to.

Courtney: It's great that it is going to be called Grey-Sloan since those two characters don't get mentioned too much anymore.

Christina: I'm with Sean on this one. I appreciate the change and reasoning, but it makes no difference to me anymore.

3. We know that Alex likes Jo, now her boyfriend does. How soon until Alex makes a move?

Sean: Soon for sure. He's really interested in her for a relationship and he's definitely willing to fight for something he wants. It'll be interesting to see how the love triangle works.

Courtney: He is going to make it ASAP. After the tricks he pulled this week, it's only a matter of time.

Christina: Pronto! I've been on the Jalex or train for awhile now. Let's go!

4. Derek and Meredith are having a boy!! Are you pumped or do you wish they were having another girl?

Sean: It's not really a big deal for me. I think either way, they are going to be great parents (although it's been a while since I've seen Zola.)

Courtney: Sean is right... where is Zola? But I'm very happy to have a little McDreamy running around.

Christina: No preference here, but I do predict they'll have a mini McDreamy.

5. Best couple of the night - Mer/Der or Arizona/Callie?

Sean: Mer/Der all the way. As much as any couple can be great, I still think those two are the staple relationship of the show.

Courtney: Callie and Arizona had some amazing scenes, but it always boils down to Mer/Der.

Christina: 3 for 3... Mer/Der always wins best couple in my book.
