Better late than never, right?

In an unusual move, CBS announced today - post-Upfront Presentation - that the sitcom Bad Teacher has been ordered to series and will premiere some time in early 2014.

Teacher, Bad

Based on the Cameron Diaz film by the same name, the series will fronted by Ari Graynor as a seductive, dirty divorceé who becomes a teacher to find her next husband. It will also star David Alan Grier, Ryan Hansen, Sara Gilbert and Kristin Davis.

Last week, CBS announced its 2013-2014 schedule, shifting Person of Interest to Tuesdays and welcoming Robin Williams back to the small screen.
