by at . Comments

With Psych Season 7 nearing its end, TV Fanatic was on the red carpet of last week's USA Network Upfront Presentation to chat with the long-running hit's two main stars.

Yes, Dule Hill and James Roday are as entertaining in real life as they are on television, as they talked up recent events on the series; gave full props to the show's writing staff; and discussed how they've perfected their chemistry over the years.

Watch now and fall in love with these actors even more:

We also spoke to Maggie Lawson and Timothy Omundson, asking them about fan reaction to their characters and ensuring that Lawson would remain on the USA hit despite her role on the new ABC series Back in the Game:

Psych has been great over the last few years, and I totally agree it’s the show’s writing team that make it all worth watching. I’m anxious to see what they have in store for next season; even though it will likely be the show’s last. There are still a few episodes from season seven which I need to catch up with though because I’ve been working nights at DISH so I haven’t really been home to watch live. Thankfully I’ll be able to catch up, and record next season, with my DISH Hopper. It can record over 400 hours of HD programming so I can watch, and re-watch, Psych whenever I want without having to delete older episodes to make room for my family’s shows.
