As you can see in the following new promo, this head of state will be dead serious about doing away with members of the undead this summer, urging Louisiana residents in a speech to buy guns... stock up on wooden bullets... shut down all vampire-owned businesses and generally take their country back.

The concluding message on the trailer, which HBO has teased through its True Blood campaign? No one lives forever. Gulp.
