The White Queen Key Art: Unveiled!

Starz has come out with the first official poster for The White Queen.

Premiering August 10, the upcoming drama is based on Philippa Gregory’s best-selling novels and will star Rebecca Ferguson, Max Irons, Janet McTeer, James Frain and Amanda Hall.

It will be set in 14646 and focus on a feud between The House of York and The House of Lancaster, as war ravages Great Britain regarding who ought to be the rightful king.

The White Queen will be told from the perspective of the three determined women who laid claim to the English throne: Elizabeth Woodville (The White Queen), Margaret Beaufort (The Red Queen) and Anne Neville (The Kingmaker’s Daughter).
