As previously reported, Rhys Ifans is coming on board in a key Elementary role this fall:

He will play Sherlock's brother, Mycroft Holmes.

And now CBS has given us a look at the film star in this role, sitting on a bench alongside Sherlock in the Elementary Season 2 premiere, which was filmed on location in London. See for yourself now:

The September 26th opener will be titled "Step Nine" and it will center on Holmes and Watson tracking down an old mentor to solve a mystery in England; while Mycroft will have a few secrets of his own to share with his estranged sibling.
