Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab and off to HBO.

The scandal-filled actress Tweeted yesterday that she is "so grateful" to be back to work - and now we know exactly what she's working on:

Insiders confirm to E! News that Lohan will appear on the Eastbound & Down series finale.

Look for the Mean Girls star to come on board in some kind of flash forward, as the HBO source teases Lohan will be portraying one of the main character's daughters in an upcoming wedding scene.

Eastbound & Down kicks off its run of final episodes on September 29.

Lohan, meanwhile, recently completed a 90-day stint in a treatment facility and has been making her way back into the entertainment scene via hosting stint on Chelsea Lately and an interview with Oprah Winfrey on OWN.
