Dylan Neal is headed to Starling City.

The veteran actor (Dawson's Creek, Bones, 90210) will appear on at least four episodes of Arrow Season 2 as Dr. Anthony Ivo.

Look for the villainous scientist to debut on Episode 5 and to focus on a breakthrough that dates back to World War II, according to Screen Crush.

In the DC Comics, Ivo was the inventor of "Amazo," a dangerous android, and was known for having a major fear of dying.

Arrow Season 2 kicks off on October 9 and another significant casting scoop was recently unearth: Grant Gustin will play The Flash.
