Paget Brewster has booked her return.

CBS sources confirm that the actress will reprise her role as Emily Prentiss on Criminal Minds Season 9 when that drama celebrates its 200th episode later this year.

“Our 200th episode is going to be a special show,” executive producer Erica Messer said in a statement. “We can’t imagine telling this story without Paget being present.”

Look for the major installment to shed some light on the past, specifically what happened to AJ Cook's JJ Jareau during her time away from the BAU.

The look back will also play a role in solving a modern day investigation.
