ABC Cancels Lucky 7, Will Air Encore Scandal Episodes

by at . Comments

The axe has come down on the first new show of the fall season.

ABC announced today that it has canceled Lucky 7 after just two poorly received episodes: the drama lost 50 percent of its small opening week audience on Tuesday night and pulled in just a .7 rating among 18-49-year olds.

For the foreseeable future, the network will air encore Scandal episodes in the 10 p.m. hour.

On the flip side, Fox's Sleepy Hollow has become the first new show to get renewed for a second season.

@wizardrunner, series have been shelved before showing even one episode.

Canceled after 2 episodes. Is that a record? LOL Or, has a show been canceled after just one. Anyone know?

Well, I could tell that this was not a keeper. I would have liked to have seen a few episodes where they got to spend some of their money.

The show was cheesy and boring. Want miss it.
