As reported earlier today, Arrow will welcome back Seth Gabel as Count Vertigo at some point on Season 2.
But viewers don't need to wait an indeterminate amount of time to meet Oliver's next enemy: Michael Jai White debuts on tomorrow night's "Identity" in the role of The Bronze Tiger, who is introduced in the following sneak peek at a henchman who works for a returning China White.

Elsewhere on the Arrow Season 2 installment, Roy will be arrested by Lance and Laurel will make plans to catch Arrow, while Thea will give her man an ultimatum.
