EXCLUSIVE: Aida Turturro to Join Cousin on Blue Bloods

This seems appropriate for a show that centers on a family of cops in New York City:

CBS sources confirm exclusively to TV Fanatic Aida Turturro will guest star on an upcoming episode of Blue Bloods Season 4.

The actress (Nurse Jackie, Law & Order: SVU) is the cousin of recurring actor Nick Turturro and will portray Marta, a neighborhood shop owner whose business is located near the shooting of a 14-year old boy.

Look for Marta to provide a bombshell piece of evidence for the police that takes the case in an entirely new direction.

No air date has been set for the installment, but Blood Bloods airs a new episode this Friday at 10/9 c.
