It's a lot harder to run when you're human, isn't it, Katherine?

In a new clip from the The Vampire Diaries Season 5 (first posted by TV Line), we see that Matt and Jeremy have caught up this slippery ex-blood sucker.

But something appears to be wrong with Katherine, who viewers last saw crashing Jeremy's car in order to try and avoid whatever fate Silas has in mind for her. Could this coughing be related to The Cure? Or could Katherine just be faking it to attempt yet another escape? Let's hope the boys keep a close eye on her.
