Grey's Anatomy Round Table: "Two Against One"

Welcome back to TV Fanatic's Grey's Anatomy Round Table!

Our review broke down Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Episode 8, "Two Against One," in great detail. Now, TVF's Christina Tran and Steve Marsi, along with Jarrod Mitchell, are back for a Q&A.

Read their answers below and weigh in with yours!

----------------------------------------

What was your favorite quote or scene from the episode?

Christina: I’m going with Meredith’s: “So, how do you beat the odds when it’s one against a billion? You’re just outnumbered. You stand strong, keep pushing yourself against all rational limits, and never give up. But the truth of the matter is despite how hard you try and fight to stay in control, when it’s all said and done, sometimes you’re just outnumbered.”

Jarrod: My favorite scenes would have to be between Jackson and Derek and the quotes they were making towards Mark. Never enough nods in regards to him or Lexie.

Steve: The Meredith-Cristina-Alex drama made for great TV.

There were many different pairings of doctors working side-by-side. Which was your favorite?

Christina: Jackson and McDreamy! I definitely loved the nods to McSteamy.

Jarrod: I would probably say Cristina and Shane. Though Shane is not a favorite, I'm enjoying the teacher-student relationship between he and Cristina. Shane may not be a great person, but he could definitely be a great surgeon.

Steve: Derek and Jackson, a pairing we don't see too often of two characters who feed off of one another surprisingly well.

Are April and Matthew going to say their “I do”?

Christina: I sincerely hope so. Like I mentioned in my review, I find April much more tolerable when she’s with Matthew and not Jackson. Leave Stackson alone.

Jarrod: I think we'll see a wedding, but whether or not "I do" is exchanged is up to the mid-season finale.

Steve: I doubt it. Like Jarrod says, the wedding feels like a foregone conclusion, but can you really see it going off without a hitch?

Take your best shot at guessing what’s going on with Bailey?

Christina: I have no idea, but like Ben said, she needs help ASAP. It’s a good thing Ben is back, too. Poor Bailey just can’t catch a break with all the crappy stuff that’s happened to her recently. Side note: A couple of good guesses including pregnancy or a brain tumor were left in the comments section of the review.

Jarrod: With her PTSD and her OCD, I would say she's got a bit of anxiety issues going on there. Let's just hope she gets help. I'd hate to see Bailey be dragged through the mud against like last year.

Steve: My first thought was pregnancy, though that feels a little too out there, yet also too obvious. It may be an unexpected, more severe health issue.

Are you on Team Cristina or Team Meredith?

Christina: Team Meredith. Cristina was totally wrong. She could have gone to the board like Meredith told her to and just waited it out. Also, I find myself hating Shane with every passing episode.

Jarrod: Right now, I am Team Meredith. There are steps to take and though Cristina doesn't always follow rules, to screw around with someone's clinical trial is just wrong. Then again, I'd like to bring Team Alex into this too if I can. This argument between Meredith and Cristina has had an impact on his patient after all.

Steve: What began as a reasonable impasse between friends with differing views and priorities shifted this week to the inevitable Team Meredith conclusion. It's hard to defend Yang even for an ardent Cristina apologist in this case.
