Gossip Girl turns 27 years old today.

No, not the show. We mean Gossip Girl herself himself. Dan Humphrey. Or Penn Badgley, to be exact, the actor celebrates his birthday on November 1!

The actor has remained relatively off the radar since Gossip Girl wrapped up in the spring of 2012.

He hasn't appear on television or on the big screen since, but he recently completed production on Parts Per Billion. That film is expected in theaters some time next year.

Badgley moved to Hollyowood at the age of 11 and famously dated co-star Blake Lively for three years until their split in 2010. He was then linked to Zoe Kravitz for a period of time.

But we're not here to butt in on the guy's personal life... even if that's what his character did for years on this CW favorite.

We're just here to wish Penn a very happy birthday. Please join us in doing so.
