Kate Walsh is on her way to NBC.

The former Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice actress will anchor Bad Judge, a sitcom that has been ordered to pilot by the Peacock and which will feature Walsh as a judge in the Criminal Court system… who parties hard and is unapologetic about her sex life.

The single-camera comedy will be produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay’s Gary Sanchez Productions, along with Anne Heche, and the pilot was written by Chad Kultgen (The Incredible Burt Wonderstone).

If given the green light to series, Bad Judge will likely appear on NBC's 2014-2015 schedule.
