Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are engaged, according to a new report.

If this is true ... your inner 15-year-old is no doubt swooning over the news.

The web is abuzz with reports that after 10 months of dating, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are now engaged to be married after his surprise proposal.

“Leighton and Adam are crazy about each other and have talked about getting married eventually,” says a source. “But she had no idea he would propose!"

"It was the surprise of her life and she’s absolutely ecstatic!”

“Right now their plan is to get married next summer ... they are still deciding if they want a destination wedding or if they’ll marry in Southern California.”

We hear that Newport Beach is lovely any time of year.

Fingers crossed that this report is accurate, in which case "ecstatic" will also sum up the feelings of fans of the former Gossip Girl star and former The OC star.

Seriously. Seth and Blair getting married? Unreal.

Engaged or not, Adam Brody, 33, and Leighton Meester, 27, have been friends for years, but in January of this year, their relationship turned romantic.

Will it last forever? We. Can. Only. Hope.

I forgot something, Chair fans will never have logic on their side and no one can refute that fact.
I'm also done with replying so have a good Life!

Congrats Leighton and Adam, I'm happy for you both! Side Note: Just as long she didn't ended up with with that untalented Ed Westwick like some moronic Chair fans was hoping and that Adam resembles more Dan than Suck Bass - That makes me smile!

@ Jonas: You are insane. Some of us Chuck and Blair fans, actually DO KNOW that the actors are completely different persons in real life, and not the characters they portrait. Therefore, I'm happy for Leighton and Adam, and I'm not thinking in terms of Seth Cohen and Blair Waldorf, TV characters who ended up with the other TV characters they needed to end up with. And on top of that, comtempt of the actors' real life personalities and talents when we don't even know them? This is exactly the insane actitud from some Dair fans who haven't growp up after ONE YEAR since GG ended. Why don't you go do something useful like watching President Obama's speach at the Medal of Freedom Dinner in which the memory of JFK is being honored 50 YEARS after his death?

Aww, are you hurt? BTW I did wrote "some moronic Chair fans" - You know that means not all of them right? Just go to Vulture and read articles on Penn Badgley and about Leighton being engaged to Adam and be scared for the humanity. As for Blair and Chuck a.k.a Chair I couldn't care a flying f**k about that, everyone with a decent upbringing with normal IQ points could see that horrifying relationship miles away. As for Ed being untalented he can't even play dead and his new Movie Romeo and Juliet is a major flop.
And here is a funny fact: On Box office mojo when you search Ed Westwick it reads "No Movies or People found" - LOL I will Watch that, but I prefer Martin Luther King and the march on Washington - And I suggest to you that you should read "Relationship for dummies". (Blair and Chuck should have also read that one)

And who am I? That's one secret I'll never tell ... You know you love me. XOXO, Gossip Girl

Blair: Fashion is the most powerful art there is. It's movement, design and architecture all in one. It shows the world who we are and who we'd like to be. Just like your scarf suggests that you'd like to sell used cars.
Dan: Vanessa gave me this scarf.
