On The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 6, we spent a great deal of time with this villainous character, learning just what he's been up to over the past few months.

On The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 7, meanwhile, we'll see if The Governor has truly changed or not. We'll also see him wandering through the woods in search of a cabin.
