Welcome back to the TV Fanatic Grey's Anatomy Round Table!

Our review broke down Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Episode 12 in detail. Now, TVF's Christina Tran and Steve Marsi, along with Jarrod Mitchell, are back for a Q&A.

Read their answers to the questions and weigh in with yours!

What was your favorite quote or scene from "Get Up, Stand Up"?

Christina: Justin Chambers takes the cake on this one for two awesome scenes. The first was with his father where he was absolutely spectacular. Secondly, I loved the Jolex scene outside the barn. It was perfect.

Jarrod: When Alex rolled his eyes at Jackson's "I love you" speech to Kepner. Honestly, that eye roll expressed exactly how I was feeling. Another hand goes to Meredith and Cristina finally putting their issues behind them.

Steve: Meredith and Cristina, burying the hatchet. It was a long time coming.

Grey's Anatomy Round Table - depreciated -

What did you think of Jackson’s moment of truth?

Christina: It was predictable. Honestly, I didn’t like it. I get that sometimes in life we can’t let the moment pass us by otherwise it’ll be gone forever, but Jackson assured Stephanie so many times already of where his heart was. I couldn’t help but feel sad for both Stephanie and Matthew.

Jarrod: Not. A. Fan. Honestly, Stephanie gave him an out last season at Joe's bar and he stayed. April was giving up her relationship to give him a chance and once again he rejected her. This man-child has had not one, but TWO options to be with April and on the day of her wedding he decides to do it with her friends and family watching her and Matthew up at the altar? *insert Alex eye roll*

Steve: Agree with Jarrod and insert Alex eye roll #2. I know Jackson's not perfect and that feelings get hurt over the course of romantic relationships but that was uncalled for. You could also see this thing coming a mile away, which didn't make it feel that authentic for the character's perspective.

Cristina and Meredith finally put everything they had to say about one another on the table. Does it mean they are officially done fighting?

Christina: I hope so but I feel like we are just scratching the surface of their crumbling relationship. Sure, we grow up and sometimes grow apart. People just change. It sucks but it happens. I would just like to see them not hating on each other.

Jarrod: By the looks of it, I would say so. I think some more issues about Meredith's trial needing to be sorted out that could cause bumps between Merstina, but I think on a personal level they'll be fine. They just need to find their groove even though it only has 12 episodes.

Steve: Done fighting, yes. Although their friendship may never be what it once was, that's just life sometimes. It's time to reconcile that reality and at least share the mutual respect and love they always have had even under changing circumstances.

Derek got a call from the President of the United States. What do you think is in store for him?

Christina: I’m not entirely sure but I’m excited to find out more. Maybe the President needs his help for a special case involving a family member. I hope it plays out and is a well-developed storyline.

Jarrod: As long as they don't do a Grey's Anatomy-Scandal crossover, then I'm fine with what's to come. As long as Derek's getting a storyline and a chance to get his career back that got ruined since the Alzheimer's trial then things should be looking up.

Steve: Gotta be a case with a personal connection to the President, right? Re: Jarrod's comment ... while I wouldn't want D to appear on Scandal, it would be great if the President had a brief cameo at one point, just on the phone in the Oval Office, and were played by Tony Goldwyn.

On a scale of 1-5, rate the first half of Grey’s Anatomy Season 10.

Christina: 4. Like the winter finale, this season has been good but not great by any means. There have been many changes such as the greater focus on the interns, broken marriages and rocky friendships. I’m sitting tight, though, and am ready to see what else Shonda and company have up their sleeves for the remainder of the season.

Jarrod: This season at it's best has been mediocre. However, with them adjusting to 15 series regulars it's hard not to have the writers jumping back and fourth. Though they need to have more consistency (e.g. Callie/Arizona flashbacks of a miscarriage), I think the writers are juggling it the best they can. They just need to find their footing and work out what to do with all these characters.

Steve: 6. Some flashes of brilliance. Some instances where it feels like the show is running out of ideas. Some great character moments. Some cases where the amount of characters is just too great. Not the must-see TV it used to be, but good enough to keep you invested.

@Lana I couldn't agree more

Well I think the guilt of ow Alex ended things with his dad will eat him up nd that may ruin d relationship with jo, den I hope April accepts Jackson...grey nd yang it was bout time cuz yang isn't returning for another season if there is, she said she wants to pursue what's next in her life, den that annoying Ross:Sigh....I hope this presidents trial doesn't ruin Derek's family cuz I love dem both nd yang nd hunt cud probably hook up

I feel Jackson should have told April at least the day before, that put April in a tough situation ,I love how Derek supports mer and such a great father, and I fell in love with Alex he's so great with kids ,instead of ending up in a abusive cycle as with his father he ends up being the opposite ,it makes more sence to stop the cycle of abuse why would you want to be the same way ; something I've never understood ! Iam so relieved Alex stepped up and told Jo that he love's her,! Alex is awesome, and maybe Derek can do a brain transplant on the president !

1.Mer and Cris finally sorting out their feud. Cris will spend the final 12 episodes being friends with Mer!
2.It's too soon for Kepner and Avery to be an 'in love' couple in terms of GA type SLs. I think Kepner will choose Matthew, but she'll be a bit indecisive about it. Matthew will finally realise she doesn't love him despite what she says, and leave.
3. I think Mer will figure out what Cris did to make her baby op work. That will help Mer and hopefully Mer's clinical trial will start to work.
4.A crossover with scandal sounds very Shonda so that GA fans will watch that( and help the ratings). But the real life Presidental funding for brain mapping etc would be more interesting. Poor Mer, Zola , baby Bailey and Callie, they are gonna miss Der.

@ uklass

My only problem with a GA/Scandal crossover: can you imagine the look on McDreamy's face when he realizes that his dead mother-in-law is the Vice President & his alive father-in-law is the White House Chief of Staff? Please don't do that, Shonda, it got confusing enough when you used the same actors as different patient characters in GA & Private Practice, which were taking place in the same universe.

I think its a very underrated show, should have won more awards than it has. The show has given great memories for fans over the years, like these

I don't know why everyone thinks that Jackson's moment was luckluster....Just because it was predictable doesn't mean that it wasn't beautiful! I thought it was the highlight of season 10 (so far),it started as everything you'd expect it to be,yet somehow it managed to be different, maybe because it was about Jackson and April (the interesting relationship that they've had for the last couple of seasons),or maybe it was just the fact that he stood up twice :-)).The clash between Meredith and Christina is getting exhausting (bury the hatchet already!).Alex was great in how he handled the situation with his father, however i still think there's something off with his relationship with Joe...Maybe the next episodes will make me change my mind about them.Great episode overall.

I fully agree with Jarrod - the BEST scene of this episode is Alex sitting there with pursed lips & rolled those eyes at the drama of it all. I just started laughing - omg, Justin Chambers just nailed it! Of course I LOVED Jackson standing up - it may have been predictable & I wish he would have put a little more oomph into his little I Love You April speech, but it was still very endearing. Isn't that what pastors, preachers & priests say to the guests - if any man can show just cause, why they may not lawfully be joined together, let him now speak, or else hereafter for ever hold his peace. Jackson just got a head start on that statement before the pastor could make it ..... GO JACKSON & APRIL!!! I am thinking that the tipping point of Cristina/Meredith's relationship came in this episode. All these years no one could pull them apart, now they can barely look at each other - sad for them & sad for their fans! PLEASE STOP IT SHONDA!!!

Even though I've never loved Stephanie and Jackson together (I'm a Japril fan) and the confession of love Jackson made to April he still embarrassed the heck out of her. That scene will end up developing Stephanie's character better because she never did anything but hang on Jackson's arm. That's all she was there for as a distraction for him. Now, we'll get to see her actually do something besides be the clingy girlfriend nobody likes. I also really loved the scene between Alex and his dad getting closure. I really hope his dad doesn't die and I really loved Meredith and Cristina getting their friendship back on track. Grey's dragged that fight between them out for way too long.

@ Carol

I meant to say I loved the confession of love Jackson made to April.

Love that Meredith and Cristina buried the hatchet, loved the Alex and Jo scene by the barn (although I think he should have proposed) and loved that Jackson finally told April that he loved her (although he could've choose a better time).

As much as I love the April and Jackson pairing I do have to agree that what Jackson did was tacky and rude. He had so many times to tell April he loved her and wanted to be with her but he didn't. Instead he waited until her wedding and just embarrassed, not only April, but Stephanie and Matthew as well. But I do have to admit I loved the ending and I do hope April says yes to Jackson. They're my favorite pairing.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Episode 12 Quotes

I love you. I always have. I love everything about you - even the things I don't like, I love. And I want you with me. I love you and I think that you love me, too. Do you?

Who do you think took care of her? Kept track of her? Got her committed so she wouldn't hurt herself? Who do you think took care of your kids? Your best was worthless. I was the dad. I was the kid, but I was the dad. You were nothing. You were gone. You're worthless.
