Oliver grew especially agitated at the start of Arrow Season 2 Episode 10. How come?

But the grander story this week focused on Sebastian Blood and Mirakuru, which actually gave Laurel some legs to stand on for a chang. It was very nice to see that character get her mojo back, wouldn't you agree?

The installment also brought us back to the island again, while Roy healed and saved Moira. And we also have confirmation that Oliver chose NOT to save Sara after he admitted it out loud.
