FX is entering into a partnership with a rather hilarious duo.

The network announced at today's Television Critics Association Press Tour that it has ordered a pilot created by Zach Galifianakis and co-written by Louis C.K.

Details on the project are under wraps at the moment, but Galifianakis will star in the sitcom and serve as Executive Producer along with C.K.

The pilot marks the first production under FX Productions' just-announced deal with Louis C.K. and his production company Pig Newton.

It's one of 12 comedy pilots set to go into production at the network, including one that stars Billy Crystal and one with Kelsey Grammar and Martin Lawrence.

UPDATE: Michael Cera will also return to television in a pilot titled How And Why, described as the “story of a man who can explain how and why a nuclear reactor works, but is clueless about life."
