i have been watching this show since it started love the show but if you keep this new girl on i think i am done cant stand here its to bad been good up to now

Just watched the new episode with Bishop. This combo just doesn`t work. How does a new agent get to present him/herself as smarter than Gibbs? Plus, two sailors were killed with no ramifications. Then she's out hitting balls. Too much of a stretch.

@ cougarosa

I was kind of hoping that Parsa would kill her. I really dislike her.

@ Sue Ann

Me too.

I get the charictor change it should mix it up but I do want ziva back, maybe just for a few visits for tony a under the radar type. They should look to develop someone for a relationship with Abby. Something long term. It would be great to see someone stick around long enough for marriage and children

I've been re-watching pre-NCIS JAG seasons. The writing was much better on JAG than the current NCIS writing. The issues are deeper - better handled by the writers and actors. The current NCIS writers need to revisit JAG's "Coming Home" episode, for instance. btw - Tony/Ziva was a copy of Harm/Mac's relationship. Revisit for yourself!

I love NCIS and I understand what they are trying to do with Bishop, but the charter is all wrong. It makes Tony look like a old Man, but they need someone to keep Tony on his toes they need someone who can kickass I know that what Ziva charter was but that what works. Now they have this young pup who very smart & pretty and young but has no idea what real life is all about.Bishop just don't have the connection with the other actors. If they were going to do this then Gibbs needs to retire, McGee needs to Marry Abby and Tony gets his own team. Or the Writers needs to fine a new actress and bring back what works, if not then they might as well finish the show off and let Tony go and live with Ziva.

I am guessing that it won't be too long before McGee, Abby and Tony all think of leaving. It is not just the absence of Ziva that has made this year so bad, the writers are not making the story lines compelling. The very end of the show last night was just awful. The ship has sailed on NCIS and that makes me so sad, I loved that core group of actors so much.

a bit boring till the last few minutes.

Did they really do what the "scenes from our next episode" might lead one to conclude? Is it bye bye bye Delilah? O M G...

@ KeithH

I was not watching the scenes from the next episode, but that would be fine with me. I was picking up an attitude of contempt and ice from her towards Tim in the early parts of tonight's episode, and I do not like it at all. I have never been impressed with her. I like Tim and Abby together much better. I also liked that computer programmer/game player girl he was with for a while. Just not Delilah. And buying an unsolicited tuxedo? Way to try to manipulate! Far too much. It is inappropriate.

I love how in the preview, when Vance first meets Hollis Mann, he asks Gibbs if she's another ex-wife.

I think it is time Gibbs had a girlfriend who will stick around. Why are they making a fuss about the 250 episode. Do they think they will not be around for the 300 episode or are pushing the new female agent again.

NCIS Season 11 Episode 12 Quotes

Bishop: No, Daniel Coyne is a victim. Whoever else has been targeted is a victim. You're a terrorist, and you're going to serve fifty years in federal prison.
Tony: Minimum.
Pace: They're incredible, these weapons I've helped build. You sit behind a computer monitor. Point, click and thousands of miles away, total destruction. Parsa thinks it's only fair we get a taste.

Bishop: Should we go to the hospital?
Gibbs: No. No, we should find Parsa.
Bishop: How?
Gibbs: You start at the beginning, Bishop. Come on. This is what you do. Come on, come on, come on. Bishop. Come on! Get to work.
Bishop: Okay.
Gibbs: You find him. Get this son of a bitch.
