Top Chef returned after a holiday hiatus this week, taking viewers back into New Orleans and stirring up some crawfish-related drama.
John Beck, a Louisiana native, sat in as a guest on the judging table, while the contestants made versions of étouffée for the Quickfire Challenge.
For the Elimination Challenge, meanwhile, the chefs were asked to come up with a dish for the local Seafood Festival, one that must include two different kinds of seafood. Did those who went raw win out over those who cooked up their items?
