TV Ratings Report: A Star-Crossed Success?

at . Comments

Does The CW have a new hit on its hands?

The network premiered Star-Crossed last night, its alien-based take on Romeo and Juliet. How did it fare?

The drama brought in only half the audience that watched The Tomorrow People opener back in October, but it did increase 25 percent among young adults from the most recent episode of Hart of Dixie.

That may say more about the latter show than about Star-Crossed, however...

I'm pretty sure I've been in contact with all 766,000 viewers of Beauty and the Beast. I remain highly skeptical of ratings. The more I know, the more skeptical I become.

I think it will get more viewers I like to think that it was only because of the Olympics.

@ marissa

Yeah who DEBUTS a show during the freaking OLYMPICS!?!?!? Especially a network like the CW which already has a limited amount of viewers!

Its a ratings failure and its gonna drop...... The TomoRrow people will get renewed #OlympicsRuinedIt
