TV Ratings Report: Fox Falls, CBS Wins

Despite huge showings on Super Bowl Sunday, New Girl and Brooklyn Nine-Nine both fell in the ratings last night.

Both dropped 16 percent from their most recent new Tuesday episodes, failing to capitalize on strong widely-viewed, mostly hilarious Sunday evening installments.

Elsewhere, CBS dominated in overall viewers while The Originals hit a series low among 18-49-year olds...

NCIS: 19.3 million viewers
Agents of SHIELD: 6.5 million
Dads: 3.7 million/Brooklyn Nine-Nine rerun: 3.2 million
The Originals: 2 million

9 p.m.
NCIS: Los Angeles: 16.3 million
The Biggest Loser: 7.3 million
Supernatural: 2.5 million
The Goldbergs: 5 million/Trophy Wife: 3.3 million
New Girl: 3.4 million/Brooklyn Nine-Nine: 3.2 million

10 p.m.
Killer Women: 3 million
Person of Interest: 12.1 million
